ICU Worlds recap
ICU Worlds never fails to bring some of the most impressive skills youâll see in cheerleading!
Teams from all over the world took home medals, including Canada, Australia, Mexico, Malaysia, Chinese Taipei, England, Colombia, Norway, Japan, Sweden, Puerto Rico, Denmark, Wales, FinlandâŚthe list is long đ

Team USA once again took home the gold in divisions like Junior All Girl Elite, Junior Coed Elite, All Girl Premier, AND Coed Premier:
A few other moments:
The commentator got caught laughing at a team on the live streamâŚ
And was replaced by someone sounding not too excited to be there đ´ We can only hope they do better next yearâŚ
Team USA All Girl Premier was called out for the opening voice-over and even changed it for Day 2.

As always, a lot has happened⌠Here are some standout moments:
It is time to say goodbye to the Global divisions⌠As Top Gun GLOC (rock & roll themed routine) put it, todayâs the âFarewell Concertâ đ˘
South Coast Cheer Fearless (Extra Small 6) has now won 4 years in a row!
Highest score so far? Cheer Extreme Code Black (International Open Non-Tumbling Coed 6 winners) with 132.5 out of 135 đ¤Ż
When the Worlds globe is almost bigger than yourself
Is this not the prettiest kick-triple basket youâve seen?
Top Gun Lady Jags, aka the most decorated Medium Senior team, added another gold for the books! Fun fact: it happened exactly 10 years after their first win â°
As if the Large Senior division isnât talked about enough already, ALL teams brought it on Day 1âŚIt is anyoneâs game for Day 2! (at least at the time of writing this)
You best believe there have been scoring issuesâŚas alwaysâŚHereâs one quick take on it.

Spotters have been spotted (get it..?) singing along to music and cheering (get it..?) teams on throughout the competition. We would honestly do the same.

NCA 2026 moved to January
The latest update in the âNCA Nationals might be moved to another cityâ story - the 2026 competition will be held in January. The following email was sent out by Varsity explaining the move:
