USASF requires training for Open teams
The USASFÂ now requires athletes over the age of 18 on Open teams based in the United States to complete their "Open Team Training".Â
The training is part of the "Safe@Allstar" program and is recommended to athletes of all ages on Open teams - but now mandatory for those over 18 competing at the 2022 Cheerleading Worlds.
