2025 AAU Cheerleading Junior Olympic Games
📰 The news: AAU (the “Amateur Athletic Union,” one of the largest non-profit, volunteer sports organizations in the U.S.) is teaming up with The Open Championship Series (an independent event producer) to host the 2025 AAU Cheerleading Junior Olympic Games on July 28–29 in Houston, Texas.
The event will feature Levels 1–3 across Mini, Youth, Junior, and Senior divisions.
🌟 Why it matters: This competition brings top cheerleading teams to a national stage during one of the largest multi-sport youth events in the U.S. Athletes will also participate in the AAU Junior Olympic Opening Ceremony, a celebration of youth sports.
