USASFâs Early Changes for 25/26 (New Divisions & Changes)
The USASF has officially introduced Youth Flex and Junior Flex divisions for the 2025-26 season, allowing a wider age range of athletes to compete on the same team.
(This was previously discussed as a potential change for this current season, but a decision was made to keep everything the same for 24-25.)
In addition to these new divisions, there are several other updates, including changes to CheerABILITIES, updated performance guidelines, and more.
