Last week, the owner of Legends Elite was arrested because of the following:
“The Dover Police Department has arrested Thomas Keaton, 31, of Dover, for several charges police said Tuesday.“
“Officials said the charges are related to an alleged relationship Keaton had with a former athlete/employee of Legends Elite, located at 155 Commerce Way Suite D Dover.”
