USASF Will Not Change the Junior Age Grid
We previously reported on USASF's consideration of changes to the junior divisions' age grid for the 2024-2025 season.

However, it has now been reported that no changes will be made for this season.
New 2024-2025 Bid Declaration for Worlds
Varsity has released the “Bid Distribution and Declaration” for the 2025 Cheerleading Worlds. CheerTheory has detailed the available bids, event types, and the changes from last season.
A notable change is that some events require gyms to register 3 teams to win a bid…
These are The American Grand, Spirit Sports Grand Nationals & USA Super Nationals. Check out the full list of bids & events here.
Last week, we shared the new bid declaration for The Summit, D2 Summit, Youth Summit, and Recreational Summit, which you can find here.
More about bids:
Not sure what bids are? 🤔 A bid is like a special invitation for cheerleading teams to compete in prestigious competitions. Only teams that earn a bid during the season are eligible to participate.

Depending on your age, this might be a blast from the past - or something you barely remember. We were barely born when the “Bring It On” movies hit the scene, but the cult classics have reached all generations.
The first film premiered in North American theaters on August 25, 2000. It was an instant hit, debuting at number 1 and holding that spot for two weeks. By the end of its run, it had earned around $90 million worldwide. (source: Wikipedia)
